Privacy choices
Your data stays under your control.
These controls let you manage the personal data and permissions used by Mentioned. Read the complete Privacy Policy for details about collection, providers, retention, and security.
Access, correct, or delete account data
In the iOS app, open the You tab and choose Delete account & data to delete the active Mentioned account and associated product data, subject to the limited legal, security, fraud-prevention, accounting, backup, and operational retention described in the Privacy Policy. You can also email mentioned@stromaticlabs.com to request access, correction, or deletion. We may verify that the request comes from the account owner.
Deleting a Mentioned account deletes the linked Stripe customer and cancels any website subscription, so web Premium access may end immediately; deletion does not itself issue a refund. It does not cancel a subscription billed by Apple. Manage an Apple-billed subscription separately in your Apple Account subscription settings.
Control alerts and device permission
Open a ticker's alert settings to turn email or push delivery on or off. You can also revoke Mentioned's notification permission at any time in iPhone Settings. Push-token generation stays off until you explicitly enable push in the app.
Control App Lock
App Lock and Face ID are optional and can be changed or disabled from the You tab. The app passcode is represented by a one-way salted hash stored on your device. Face ID is evaluated by iOS; Mentioned does not receive your biometric data or passcode.
Manage subscriptions
App Store subscriptions can be changed or cancelled in your Apple Account subscription settings. Website subscriptions can be managed from Mentioned's web billing portal after signing in. Cancelling normally leaves Premium active through the paid period; deleting the account is different and can end website access immediately as described above.
Website storage and communication
Your browser controls cookies and local storage used for essential sessions and choices such as theme. Product-update emails can be stopped using the message instructions or by contacting mentioned@stromaticlabs.com. Mentioned does not use app activity for targeted advertising or cross-app tracking.
