Mentioned reports on public discussions. Nothing we publish is investment, legal, or tax advice. We are not registered as investment advisers, broker-dealers, or planners. You are solely responsible for decisions you make after reading any Mentioned output.

Accounts and eligibility

You must provide accurate waitlist information. Paid features, when available, may require additional verification. We may refuse or revoke access for abuse, fraud, or conduct that jeopardizes other members.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to disrupt the service, scrape private endpoints, reverse engineer prompts, or use Mentioned outputs to spam third parties. Automated access is not permitted without written consent.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Stromatic Labs and its contributors from claims arising out of your use of Mentioned, your trading activity, or your violation of these Terms, except where prohibited by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless a different venue is required by applicable statute.
