How can we help?
For account, alert, or subscription help, email mentioned@stromaticlabs.com. Include the email on your Mentioned account, but never send us your password, one-time code, or Apple Account credentials.
Purchases and Premium
If an App Store purchase completed but Premium is still locked, make sure you are signed in to the same Mentioned account you used when purchasing. Then open the You tab and choose Restore purchases. Keep the app open briefly while access refreshes.
App Store subscriptions are billed and managed by Apple. You can change or cancel one in iPhone Settings under your Apple Account's Subscriptions section. Cancelling stops the next renewal; access normally remains available through the paid period.
A subscription purchased on the Mentioned website is managed separately through the web billing portal. Sign in on the website with the same Mentioned account to manage it.
Sign-in help
Mentioned signs you in with a short-lived code sent to your email. Check spam or junk if the message does not arrive, confirm the address is typed correctly, and request a new code after the resend timer finishes. Only the newest code may remain valid.
App Lock is separate from your Mentioned account. If you turn it on, you can unlock with Face ID when available or with the app passcode you created.
Alerts and notifications
An alert fires only when a ticker crosses the relative chatter threshold you selected; it is not a repeating notification for every new mention. Push delivery requires Premium and notification permission in iPhone Settings. Email delivery also requires a signed-in account with a verified address.
If notifications stop, confirm the alert is armed in Watchlist, check iPhone notification permissions, and reopen Mentioned so its device registration can refresh.
Account and privacy
You can delete your Mentioned account and associated app data from the bottom of theYou tab. Deleting a Mentioned account does not automatically cancel a subscription billed by Apple; cancel that separately in Apple's subscription settings.

Email mentioned@stromaticlabs.com with a short description of what happened, the device and iOS version you are using, and any error message you saw. Do not include passwords, sign-in codes, payment-card details, or private Apple credentials.
